Fees

 

 At the Nook Therapy Clinic we think that it’s important to be as transparent as possible about the costs of therapy. Our fees vary depending on what treatment you are having. Please see below for a full summary of our fees and details about making payments.

Initial Telephone Consultation (15 minutes): Free

Autism Assessment

Child and Adult ASD Assessment (Age 5 +) including report and feedback session: £2,150

 

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Assessment

Child and Adult ADHD Assessment (Age 5+) including report and feedback session: £1,850.

 

Joint ADHD and ASD Assessment

Child and Adult ADHD/ADD and ASD Assessment (Age 5+) including report and feedback session: £2,950

 

Psychology Appointment

Initial Therapy Assessment: £160- This includes a 60–90-minute appointment.

Hourly rate thereafter: £120 – 50- 60-minute session.

 

School Observation

£500 which includes;

Our specialist will spend two hours at your child’s school. This includes classroom engagement, lunchtime dynamics, and a portion of playtime. After the observation, we will meet with your child’s teacher or the school SENCO to gain additional insights. A detailed report will then be written, offering information on existing strategies and suggesting personalised approaches to better support your child within the school environment.

 

Educational Psychologist Sesssions

• Comprehensive Educational Psychology Assessment: £1,549

• Educational Psychology Review: £775.00

• Emotionally-based school avoidance (EBSA) package: £1,945.00

• Educational Psychologist coaching and therapeutic support: £165 per hour

 

Speech and Language Therapy

Hattie (Speech and Language Therapist) can offer 1:1 post-diagnostic sessions to help understand an individuals strengths and challenges. These can be online or face to face. She can also offer online parenting sessions, tailored to your child’s needs, this would include a tailored pack of resources.

Cost: £125 per hour

Dyslexia Assessments

If you are looking for a dyslexia assessment we work closely with Sarah McCahon. Sarah McCahon has worked as a special needs consultant for more than 20 years and assesses adults and children age 7+ for dyslexia. She can also formally diagnose dyspraxia for those age 16+. Sarah is based near East Grinstead in West Sussex but she offers assessments over Zoom for those in secondary school and above. More information can be found at www.smdyslexia.co.uk
